CROS—SKIN
The skin is not just a physical barrier — it's a bridge between our inner selves and the external world. It shapes our existence, guards our being, and facilitates a profound dialogue between who we are and the reality we inhabit.

The title "Cros-Skin" is an encounter between different levels of reality or perception, represented by the intersection of "cross" (crossing) and "skin". The project explores the complex dynamics between the individual and the surrounding environment, with the skin acting as a boundary between the inner and outer worlds. The term "cross" indicates traversal, emphasizing the process of transformation and discovery that occurs during the exploration of the surrounding context. Additionally, "Cros-Skin" implies multidimensional interaction, where personal experiences intertwine with the surrounding environment, generating new perspectives and meanings.

FIRST: The initial stage symbolizes isolation, represented by the formation of the "skin" as insulation around the body. This serves as both protection and barrier, creating a separation from reality while providing a unique perspective.
SECOND: The skin expands, metaphorically representing the exploration of surrounding reality. Everything becomes dynamic and fluid, with the tights weaving a network symbolizing the interaction between the individual's thoughts.
THIRD: The final stage marks the outcome of this interaction with the spatio-temporal dimension. The "skin" ultimately separates from the body, leaving it free to explore reality without filters. In the photograph, remnants of the skin linger in space, preserving a memory over time.

The tights symbolize the expansion of the skin, serving multiple functions: insulation, investigation of reality, and interaction with the surrounding spatio-temporal dimension. They represent mutability and malleability, mirroring the fluidity and metamorphosis of the wearer. The semi-transparency signifies that isolation is temporary, transitioning to exploration and interaction. The flesh color aims to evoke human skin.
